On 21 January, the Supervisory Board of Braster dismissed Henryk Jaremek from the position of the President of the Management Board and Agnieszka Byszek from the function of a member of the board. Adam Szczepanik was appointed to perform the function of the President.
Poor pace of restructuring
The reason for the dismissal indicated by the Supervisory Board was the insufficient pace of implementation of restructuring processes and the need to adjust the competences of the Management Board to the current situation of the company.
Henryk Jaremek took over from Marcin Halicki, who was dismissed on 5 August 2019. On the same day, Agnieszka Byszek was appointed as a member of the company’s management board.

Currently Adam Szczepanik is the only representative of the company’s management board. Since 15 January this year, he has been a member of the Management Board of Braster.
Since September 2015 he has been a managing partner in Grupa Legalia Kancelaria Prawnicza Szczepanik Sp. k. Since 2018 he has been the Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Supersnow S.A. in Maniowy and Energia Euro Park Sp. z o.o. in Mielec.
