Affidea: Michal Kwiecinski will manage the network of diagnostic centres

From October 1st, 2019 Michał Kwiecinski was appointed to the position of the new President of the Management Board of Affidea Sp. z o.o. and Affidea Onkoterapia Sp. z o.o. In his new position, he will be responsible for development and operational management.

The responsibilities of the new president include planning and implementing the strategy and managing a team focused on common goals related to the development of the brand as a top-class provider of diagnostic and radiotherapy services, the company said in a press release. Due to the position entrusted to him, he is also responsible for the organic growth of Affidea companies in Poland, identification and evaluation of new transactions and acquisitions, as well as ensuring efficiency on the Polish market.

Michal Kwiecinski has over 20 years of experience in operational management, strategic consulting, technology, digital and academic research. For the last three years he has been involved in the digital transformation of the financial sector, cooperating as an advisor with three companies from the high-tech and artificial intelligence sector in the Technology Club in Tel Aviv, as reported by rynekzdrowia.pl.

Kwiecinski’s education is impressive. The new President of Affidea graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a Master’s degree in mathematics in 1991. In 1994 he received a doctorate at the University of Provence (Marseille, France) also in the field of mathematics. His last scientific achievement so far was his habilitation at the Jagiellonian University in 1999.
