Bioton: Robert Neymann remains the president

Robert Neymann will remain president of Bioton for another 3-year term, the company announced in a communiqué.

The resolution of the Supervisory Board shall come into force on the date of expiry of the previous term of office, i.e. 16 May.

Robert Neymann has international experience in global FMCG corporations and biotechnology companies. For over 10 years he worked for Procter & Gamble, where he held managerial positions in Poland and abroad. Later, for a dozen or so years he was involved in corporate restructuring processes. He served as Vice President of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs of Herbapol Lublin (2001-2005), President of the Management Board of Intersnack Poland (2005-2007) and President of the Management Board of Haper Hygienics (2007-2017). He has been associated with Bioton since 2017.

Adam Polonka also became a member of the company’s Management Board.

Bioton is a Polish biotechnology company. It specialises in products for diabetics. It is one of eight manufacturers of recombinant human insulin in the world (on a commercial scale) and the leader on the Polish market in this segment.
