The General Assembly of members of the Polish National Chamber of Commerce of Medical Devices POLMED has elected a new eight-person board of management, announced in an official statement. What is more, Arkadiusz Gradkowski became the new General Director.
Main objectives of the POLMED Chamber
POLMED’s mission is to represent and support companies operating in the medical device industry and to provide patients with broad access to innovative medical technologies, as well as to partner with healthcare stakeholders in implementing a sustainable pathway to meet the growing needs and expectations of patients at optimal cost.
The management board of the POLMED Chamber included representatives of Essity Poland, Medtronic Poland, Aesculap Chifa, ResMed Poland, Paul Hartmann Poland, Systamed, Johnson & Johnson Poland and Philips Poland.
Gradkowski – previous experience
Arkadiusz Gradkowski was an expert of the Leviathan Confederation on health matters. For four years, he served as a national expert in European Commission projects. He also worked at the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, where he held the position of deputy director for over three years.
Currently, he has been appointed the general director of the POLMED Chamber. The Chamber brings together manufacturers and distributors operating on the medical device market in Poland.
