A Polish company manufacturing and distributing medical devices has carried out a governmental tender won in Kuwait. Zarys International Group, in cooperation with a local distributor from the Persian Gulf, supplied disposable three-piece syringes to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.

Polish medical devices in Kuwait

Zarys International Group delivered Polish medical devices to Kuwait, realizing a contract won in a government tender. In total, the company from Zabrze realized an order for over 7.2 million syringes in various sizes (5 ml, 10 ml and 50 ml). Polish medical devices will be used in government hospitals in Kuwait, and their value exceeded PLN 700’000. According to Paweł Ossowski, Vice-President of the Board and Managing Director of Zarys International Group: “After several smaller deliveries, this is the largest purchase of Zarys branded products on the Kuwait market, offering prospects for further development of cooperation in the supply of a wider range of medical devices with the “Made in Poland” mark.

Polish medical devices – expansion plans

The main strategic goal of the company Zarys International Group is the continuous development of the assortment signed with own brands and building brand awareness among foreign customers, which leads to expansion abroad and the associated increase in exports.

“Medical products of Polish origin have a good reputation in the Middle East and we want to take advantage of this trend by focusing on the development of our own brand. Among customers from the Persian Gulf basin, products with the Zarys logo and the annotation “Made in Poland” are more and more often treated equally with medical equipment from Germany or Italy, and additionally we are able to offer more favourable conditions in terms of quality and price.” – the director of Zarys International Group said .
