Polfa Warszawa, part of Polpharma Group, the largest Polish pharmaceutical company, has leased 5,500 m2 of space at 7R City Park Warsaw Airport III, a new industrial park being built in Warsaw.

Another step towards Polpharma’s development

It will open an R&D centre there, 7R, the park’s developer, announced on 12 May. The building is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021. Polfa Warszawa will use the space to develop, manufacture and store products, according to eurobuildcee.com.

Bartlomiej Kawecki, head of development at 7R, said his company had started talks with Polfa Warszawa at an early stage of investment planning, thanks to which it was able to plan the layout of the R&D centre in such a way as to match Polfa’s needs.

Polfa Warszawa’s product portfolio includes more than 140 medicines. Polpharma bought it from the state in 2012.

7R City Park Warsaw Airport III is another 7R warehouse where pharmaceutical activity will take place. The developer has previously provided space for two brands from the Pelion group – Medezin and Pharmalink, as well as for Cefea and Marrodent.
