Polish start-up HomeDoctor intends to develop services offered through its portal. This is mainly about teleconsultations and home visits. Cogito Capital Partners fund has recently invested in the company.
EUR 3.7m for HomeDoctor
HomeDoctor has announced a round of financing for Series A worth EUR 3.7m, to be conducted by Cogito Capital Partners and the company’s founders. The company currently has offices in Warsaw and Amsterdam. The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has brought the company a very significant increase in demand, especially for teleconsultations, therefore HomeDoctor intends to use the acquired funds to develop its product offer.
It will develop not only teleconsultations and home visits, but also an integrated online pharmacy and an offer for corporate customers, including telemedical subscriptions. It also does not exclude further geographical expansion and building strategic partnerships.

HomeDoctor is a healthcare provider through a marketplace. It combines the activities of an online shop with health services offered by various specialists with the possibility of booking home visits online.
The company cooperates with over 350 doctors with almost 20 specialisations and the Znany Lekarz portal. HomeDoctor partners also include companies from the area of private healthcare, as well as insurance companies, including: Medicover, PZU Zdrowie, Enel-Med, Polmed, Allianz, Compensa or Signal Iduna.
