Santander Bank Polska and Mastercard introduced a new offer for microentrepreneurs. Under this service, private healthcare can be available free of charge, under certain conditions. The package was prepared in cooperation with LUX MED group.
Private healthcare as part of the package
The offer is addressed to people running sole proprietorship. The user must have a Mastercard Business Debit card issued by Santander Bank Polska. The package enables access to unlimited visits to outpatient medical facilities indicated by LUX MED and to e-consultation (telephone conversation, chat, videoconference) in the field of family medicine doctors (for persons from 18 years of age) or pediatrics (for children and youth up to 18 years of age). Private healthcare with Mastercard is available for people from 0 to 80 years.
Furthermore, as part of the service, once a year laboratory tests can be performed free of charge without a referral, including e.g. morphology + platelets + automatic smear, total cholesterol.
Company Mastercard and package fees
The monthly fee for the LUX MED package depends on the turnover value on the Mastercard to which the registered medical package is assigned. It may amount to PLN 0 if the card turnover was at least PLN 4,000 in the previous month or PLN 25 if it was lower. The package also provides an opportunity to consult a specialist. The service is paid for and includes an interview, advice from a specialist doctor together with basic activities necessary to make a diagnosis, make the right therapeutic decision and monitor treatment. The cost of the visit is PLN 89.
Private healthcare in this form is to be available until 31 October 2020. To use it, the user must receive a special code.
