Simon Clark took the position of Vice-President and Sales Director of Polpharma. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for all subsidiaries. This will mean ensuring growth and development of strategic partnerships in the areas of Rx (genetics) and OTC. It will also focus on expanding the Polpharma Group’s operations in new markets. Moreover, he will also be responsible for cooperation with strategic partners – Akrikhin and Farmaprojects.
Clark has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. In recent years he has been associated with PGT Healthcare, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Teva. He was responsible for strategy in the European region. Previously, he worked for many years in Teva, where he coordinated activities in different geographical areas as Vice President.
Polpharma is the largest pharmaceutical company in the Polish pharmacy market. In 2017, the revenues of ZF Polpharma SA exceeded PLN 2 billion. Apart from that, the Group includes, among others, Polfa Warszawa, Medana Pharma and Ipochem.
