Simple Day, the owner of Twoj Cel To, has informed about plans to debut on NewConnect in the first half of 2022. The company also does not rule out the possibility of a public offering of shares prior to the launch, which would provide funding for the company’s proprietary brands in the dietary supplement field. Simple Day has been steadily expanding its activity in the nutritional supplement sector since its inception in 2018, offering items only online. The company forecasts that overall sales of the company’s goods will surpass one million units by the end of the year

Simple Day has had a consistently strong financial performance for several quarters and has ambitious development plans, including expansion into one of Europe’s major markets. In 2021, the company paid about PLN 6.2m in dividends to its stockholders, representing a 100% increase in profit over the previous year. The company forecasts that overall sales of the company’s goods will surpass one million units by the end of the year – only in the first half of this year, the company provided 200,000 products to almost 95,000 customers and achieved an increase in net revenues, which amounted to PLN 9.6m. Also, during this time EBIT exceeded PLN 4.5m, and the net profit reached PLN 3.7m.

Simple Day expects that joining NewConnect will increase the company’s credibility in the eyes of contractors and future business partners, as well as play an important factor contributing to the growing sales of Twoj Cel To brand. At the same time, the company is also the 4TheBest brand, which is targeted at gamers.

Situation in the sector the best in history of our research

According to research on the dietary supplement market, carried out by PMR over the last 15 years, the situation in the sector is now the best in the history of the research. However, in our opinion, this is primarily due to the fact that the year 2020 was quite weak for many categories of supplements. Eventually, the value of the market grew by 5%, which was a very moderate increase, but also not too bad compared to the whole economy – according to the latest PMR study, the results of which are presented in the report “Dietary supplements market in Poland 2021. Market analysis and development forecasts for 2021-2026”.

PMR’s Current Conditions Index for the dietary supplements market (which consists of forecasts and current assessment of the market situation, as well as the current and expected financial standing of companies) is currently at its highest level – 51 with a maximum of 100. In 2020, however, it reached 7.7; the lowest level since the beginning of our research in this market.
