2020 under the sign of the merger of AHP with its subsidiaries
As part of the investment, AHP plans a comprehensive replacement of equipment in treatment rooms. This will ensure the availability of high quality treatment for the next 10 years. According to the company, it will be “one of the highest expenditures on the private health care market in Europe”.
Apart from the above mentioned investments, the main goal for 2020 is to continue the process of mergers with subsidiaries. It started already in 2019, when the Centrum Zdrowego Serca Telcor and the Podlaskie Centrum Sercowo-Naczyniowe merged with AHP.
Cardiology clinics are coming up
The activity of American Heart of Poland has undergone considerable perturbations in recent years. They were mainly caused by a reduction in cardiology valuations and the entry into force of the so-called hospital network. The company decided to close, among others, the Gdanskie Centrum Sercowo-Naczyniowe and Centrum Kardiologiczno-Angiologiczne im. dr Wadiusza Kiesza in Starachowice. Now, the company is going to be straightforward. In 2019, according to the newspaper, the group increased its revenues by 9% and EBITDA by 13%. In 2020, EBITDA is expected to increase by another 14%.
