At the end of September the construction of the Mother and Child Health Centre in Zielona Góra was inaugurated. The facility will be built on the premises of the University Hospital and will have 170 beds. There will be paediatrics, pediatric surgery, pediatric urology and oncology wards.
The value of the investment amounts to over PLN 110 million. The hospital is to receive the first patients in 2021.
According to PMR data, there are over 30 public and non-public hospitals in Lubuskie voivodeship. The total number of beds in these facilities is over 6 thousand.
