Private equity fund Tar Heel Capital (THC) has announced an investment in Dentica 24, which owns the DenticaCenter dental centers in Raciborz, Rybnik and Wodzislaw Slaski.

The THC private equity fund has invested in Dentica 24, which owns the DenticaCenter chain of dental centers in Raciborz, Rybnik and Wodzislaw Slaski.
The fund began making acquisitions in the dental market in 2020. The acquisition of a 70% stake in Centrum Estetique in Polanica Zdroj was announced in mid-2020. The facility specialises in advanced aesthetic dentistry and this was the fund’s first acquisition in the dental services market. Galeria Usmiechu in Krakow and Tulident in Wroclaw have also joined the network. The dental group built by THC currently includes 28 offices in six locations.
Dentica 24 plans further development
The first DenticaCenter was established in Raciborz in 2011, and now the network of 14 dental offices in Raciborz, Rybnik and Wodzislaw Slaski consists of a 40-person team. Dentica plans to open another office in Gliwice in the first quarter of 2021. (9 dental offices).
